30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@lumoratek.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
