RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Some items (personal care, intimate products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

2. Include a photo of the item and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
4. If approved, we'll provide return instructions or issue a refund/replacement
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos
- We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required
EXCHANGES
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges
- If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first
